feat: Enable Python Runner, CodeMCP, Rubber Duck, and Rust Filesystem

Enabled 4 additional MCP servers:

**Python Runner** (uvx mcp-run-python):
- Secure Python code execution sandbox
- Requires: Deno ✓ (installed)
- Use: Run Python scripts safely

**CodeMCP** (uvx from GitHub):
- Unified read/write/execute workflow
- Alternative to filesystem + commands
- Use: Comprehensive dev operations

**Rubber Duck** (Docker):
- Multi-LLM debugging assistant
- Image: ghcr.io/nesquikm/mcp-rubber-duck:latest ✓ (pulled)
- Use: Get alternative AI perspectives on bugs

**Rust Filesystem** (binary):
- High-performance async I/O
- Binary: ~/.local/bin/rust-mcp-filesystem ✓ (installed v0.3.8)
- Read-only, faster than TypeScript filesystem
- Use: Fast file operations

**Result:** 9 enabled servers (up from 5)
- filesystem, git, playwright, commands, duckduckgo
- python_runner, codemcp, rubber_duck, rust_filesystem

All dependencies installed and tested!
