Sebastian Krüger 4851ca10f0 fix(media): remove filestash service ...

- Remove filestash service and volume from media/compose.yaml
- Remove filestash-backup plan from backrest config
- Remove MEDIA_FILESTASH_* environment variables from arty.yml
