- Renamed service from sterling to stirling
- Updated all variable names: KIT_STERLING_* to KIT_STIRLING_*
- Updated domain: sterling.kit.pivoine.art to stirling.kit.pivoine.art
- Updated container name: kit_sterling to kit_stirling

This matches the correct spelling of Stirling-PDF.
