- Add wrapper script run-crawl4ai-mcp.sh for stdio transport
- Update config.toml to use stdio instead of SSE
- llmx uses Streamable HTTP transport which is incompatible with SSE
- DB and REST still run via docker compose, MCP runs on-demand
