feat: add Brave Search MCP, disable unused MCP servers

- Add brave_search MCP with wrapper script for API key
- Disable duckduckgo (rate limiting issues)
- Disable playwright, commands, codemcp to reduce prompt size
- Update context window settings for Llama-3.1-8B
