style: Replace Bug icons with Webhook icons

Replaced all Bug icons with Webhook icons throughout the app:
- Updated sidebar navigation icon for Spiders
- Updated spiders page table icon
- Updated empty state icon on spiders page

Better represents the spider/scraping functionality.
