fix: replace deprecated .Site.LanguageCode with .Site.Language.Locale

Hugo v0.158.0 deprecated .Site.LanguageCode in favor of .Site.Language.Locale,
and deprecated the languageCode config key in favor of locale. Update both to
silence the build warnings.
