Add comprehensive automated release workflow

Creates a complete release workflow that:
- Triggers on version tags (v*.*.*)
- Creates GitHub release with installation instructions
- Builds binaries for 4 platforms (Linux x86_64/musl, macOS Intel/ARM)
- Strips binaries to reduce size
- Uploads all binaries as release assets
- Optionally publishes to crates.io

Usage: git tag v0.1.0 && git push origin v0.1.0
