ae 51c465bddc fix: usage data tweaks (#4082) ...

- Only show the usage data section when signed in with ChatGPT. (Tested
with Chat auth and API auth.)
- Friendlier string change.
- Also removed `.dim()` on the string, since it was the only string in
`/status` that was dim.
