This release updates the project to use Next.js 15, React 19, and Tailwind CSS 4.

- `autoprefixer` dependency (now built into Tailwind CSS 4)
- `.eslintrc.json` (replaced by `eslint.config.mjs`)
- `swcMinify` option from next.config.js (default in Next.js 15)
