fix: align bat Nord theme with micro Nord theme

- Booleans (true/false) → #81A1C1 nord9, matching micro constant.bool
- Other constants (null, undefined) stay #B48EAD nord15
- Add preprocessor/directive rule → #5E81AC nord10, matching micro preproc
- Add brackets/braces rule → #D8DEE9 nord4, matching micro symbol.brackets
