refactor(home): move scripts/ out into its own repo

scripts/ now lives in git@dev.pivoine.art:valknar/scripts.git. Remove it from the home repo tracking and stop allowlisting it in .gitignore. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
