fix(noctalia): resolve config validate warnings

- widget.temp/sysmon_2: show_label -> show_value (renamed)
- widget.workspaces: display = "none" -> show_labels = false
- widget.wallhaven: drop unsupported color key (plugin only exposes glyph)
