hypr: switch default browser hotkey to Chrome
Firefox isn't installed; SUPER+W now launches google-chrome-stable, and the opacity-override window rule matches Chrome's window class too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
