the simpler REST API approach (webui-export.py).

- Restored webui service to use official Open WebUI image
- Removed custom Dockerfile.webui (paramiko build)
- Removed ai/functions/save_to_disk.py SFTP function
- Removed SSH key and functions volume mounts
