Updated PLAN.md to reflect completion of Phase 14:
- Global settings system with localStorage persistence
- 5 settings tabs: Recording, Audio, Editor, Interface, Performance
- Real-time application to editor behavior
- All major settings implemented and functional

- defaultZoom → initial zoom state
